There’s no time to think. Move fast, just don't blink. Mindset over attitude. Focusing on gratitude. Nothing matters, it’s all matter. Nothing matters now. Burning red sun. Burning sun is about to sink, could we be the missing link? Mindset over attitude. Consider the magnitude. Nothing matters, it’s all matter. Nothing matters now. Water's boiling. Pressure’s mounting. The sun’s about to explode.

One step at a time, burning embers at my feet. You can’t take me down, hot coals I defeat. ‘Cause I’m cool and collected. Look deep enough, third eye you’ll find. Easy to lose sight with the failures of humankind. In a sad state of affairs, it’s how we stay aligned. Always wanting more life. ‘Cause I’m cool and collected. Focus on the breath. Feet firmly on the ground.

Only Way Out 01:43
Confronting life in the face of death. It’s a long intricate dance. Altogether side by side, must be more than just a grind. Altogether side by side, might as well enjoy the ride. Confronting life in the face of death. Can’t be wrong, must be chance. If there’s no fear, then what’s the worry? If we’re all here, then what’s the hurry? Eyes on the prize, it might get blurry. Could all be gone in just a flurry. The only way out. Confronting life in the face of death. It’s a long intricate dance. Altogether side by side, must be more than just a grind. Altogether side by side, might as well enjoy the ride. Confronting life in the face of death. It’s a long intimate trance. Every day an opportunity. Don’t worry about impunity. The only way out. Confronting life in the face of death. It’s a long intricate dance.

Levitate. Feel the weightlessness. Nothingness in this human shell. We need to look inside of us. Find potential, you only get one shot. As we seek, the voice of wisdom speaks. Passage of time. The stars align and they shine. I’m walking, you’re walking, we’re walking each other home. Deteriorate, we are one with nothingness. Decayed into soil, return to earth for rebirth. No longer seek. We’ve reached a sense of peace. Our time is endless, until the next, we reset. I’m walking, you’re walking, we’re walking each other home.

Brutal 02:20
I'm so insecure, I think that I'll die before I drink. I'm so caught up in the news of who likes me and who hates you. I'm so tired that I might quit my job, start a new life. And they'd all be so disappointed 'cause who am I, if not exploited? I'm so sick of 17, where's my teenage dream? If someone tells me one more time "Enjoy your youth," I'm gonna cry. And I don't stick up for myself, I'm anxious and nothing can help. I wish I'd done this before, and I wish people liked me more. All I did was try my best. This the kind of thanks I get? Unrelentlessly upset. They say these are the golden years but I wish I could disappear. Ego crush is so severe. God, it's brutal out here. I feel like no one wants me. Hate the way I'm perceived. I only have two real friends and lately I'm a nervous wreck. 'Cause I love people I don't like and I hate every song I write. And I'm not cool and I'm not smart, and I can't even parallel park. All I did was try my best. This the kind of thanks I get? Unrelentlessly upset. They say these are the golden years but I wish I could disappear. Ego crush is so severe. God, it's brutal out here. Got a broken ego, broken heart. And God, I don't even know where to start.

Let’s start by settling into a comfortable seated position, resting your hands on your lap, and gently closing your eyes. Take a few slow, deep breaths. Let your awareness settle into the moment on the gentle flow of your breath, through the nose and out the mouth. With every exhale, feel your body gently sinking down into the seat beneath you, feeling the support of the earth holding you up. The body that we live in is a vessel for the soul. Through meditation, we can begin to peel back our layers and uncover the soul within all of us, shining its bright light. You can wake up to this realization in this very lifetime - all you need to do is begin to move inwards into the privacy of your own heart. Connect to yourself with each breath. Feel your heart open wide. Quieting your mind, and opening the heart, one breath at a time. As the mind becomes stable, still, and peaceful, deepen your awareness into your heart center and open to the expansive feeling of love. Bring into your mind all that you can, expressing love to every being and everything on this earth and beyond. You are a vessel of love. You are love. Express your love to each being and each thing one by one. Deepen the depth of love in your heart with each expression. Repeat to yourself mentally or out loud, whatever is comfortable: “I am loving awareness.” “I am loving awareness.” “I am loving awareness.” “I am loving awareness.” As you move deeper into this expanding love in your heart, you can begin to unveil the light beneath it. Go deeper into this inner temple, the place of union with divinity and the individual soul. You are never truly alone because within you lies the deep connection to everything. When you awaken to this ultimate unity, you awaken to your true nature. You already have everything within you. You don’t need to have any fears, worries, or doubts. You already know. You already have the answers. You already have the capabilities. The past and future don’t exist. There is only now. As you quiet your mind, deepen your breath, and open your heart, you begin to unleash this inner knowing and shift to a plane of existence where you can access who you truly are. What is around you is also within you. Connect to the light of the sun in your heart. Tune into the energy of the sun, saluting the divinity in the deepest depths of your soul that connect you to something greater. Imagine with each breath that you are gently fanning this flame, letting it grow stronger and brightening over time. What started as an ember of awareness grows into the greatness of the fiery sun, covering you entirely in its brightness and energy. Celebrate and honor the connection between body, breath, heart, soul, the sun, and the divine. You are whole. You are complete. You have everything within you. Take a few breaths, slowly shifting your awareness back to the space you’re in. And now open your eyes.
